The village of Vasses is located at a distance of 14 km from Andritsaina.
The village is situated at an altitude of 1100 m. between mountains and ravines. The Greek word for ravines is Vasses, which is where the village takes its name.
In this area the visitor can find a lot of ancient ruins and sites, which are well worth visiting, and make an interesting excursion for the day.
